This Cookie Policy explains how the operator – IGT Systems s. r. o., registered office Sliačska 1234/34, 831 02 Bratislava - Nové Mesto, Slovakia, Company ID (IČO): 46 239 553, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section: Sro, Insert No.: 74177/B (the "Operator" or "we") – uses cookies and similar technologies (together "cookies") on the www.core3.digital website including its language versions (the "Website") and in the core3 service (the "Service"). The Slovak version of this Cookie Policy is legally binding; this English version is a translation.

We issue this Cookie Policy in accordance with Section 109(8) of Slovak Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on electronic communications, under which storing information in a user's terminal device or accessing it is permitted only with demonstrable consent, unless the technology is strictly necessary to provide a service the user has explicitly requested. Where personal data is processed through cookies, the GDPR also applies; more information is provided in the Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device – computer, tablet or mobile phone – while you browse. Browser local storage (local storage, session storage) and third-party scripts serve a similar purpose. These technologies make it possible, for example, to keep you signed in, remember your chosen language or protect forms against misuse. Cookies do not harm your device and do not contain viruses.

2. Which cookies do we use on the Website?

2.1. Overview. On the Website we use technologies that are strictly necessary for its operation and security and, only with your consent, analytics cookies. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies and do not track your behaviour for targeted advertising.

2.2. Remembering your choice. So that we do not ask for your consent on every visit, we store an entry named "core3-cookie-consent" with your choice and the date it was saved in your browser's local storage for 12 months. This is a strictly necessary technology for which consent is not required.

2.3. Form protection. For the contact form and the Demo Environment registration, we use the Cloudflare Turnstile service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., which verifies that the form is being submitted by a human rather than an automated bot. For this purpose, the service evaluates technical data about the browser and device and may store strictly necessary information in it. This technology is necessary to securely provide the service you requested by submitting the form. More information can be found in Cloudflare's privacy policy at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

2.4. Network security. The Website may be delivered through a provider's infrastructure that uses strictly necessary security cookies to protect against attacks and misuse.

2.5. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics). With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager, both provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. They help us understand how many visitors the Website has, which pages they read and where they come from. Without your consent, neither Google Tag Manager nor Google Analytics is loaded and nothing is stored on your device. Once you consent, the following cookies are stored:

  • _ga – distinguishes individual visitors; kept for 2 years.
  • _ga_<ID> – keeps the state of the visit (session); kept for 2 years.

Google may also process the data in the USA; the transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

2.6. Giving and changing consent. On your first visit to the Website, a banner lets you accept, reject or configure analytics cookies; rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the Website footer. When you withdraw consent, we delete the analytics cookies from your browser. We ask for your consent again after 12 months.

3. Which technologies does the core3 Service use?

3.1. Strictly necessary technologies. After you sign in to the Service or a Demo Environment, we use cookies and browser local storage that are strictly necessary for it to work, in particular to:

  • a) keep the User signed in and the session secure;
  • b) protect against unauthorised access and forged requests;
  • c) remember settings chosen by the User, such as language or display preferences.

3.2. No consent required. These technologies are necessary to provide the Service that the Customer and the User have explicitly requested, so consent is not required for them.

4. Categories of cookies

4.1. Strictly necessary cookies. They ensure the basic and secure operation of the Website and the Service, for example signing in, form protection or keeping settings. Without them, neither the Website nor the Service could work reliably. Consent is not required for them.

4.2. Analytics cookies. They measure traffic and help us understand how visitors use the Website. They are only stored with your consent (clause 2.5).

4.3. Other categories. We do not use functional, performance or advertising cookies. If we introduced them, they would only be stored with your prior consent and we would update this Cookie Policy accordingly.

5. How long are cookies kept?

Temporary (session) cookies are deleted when you close the browser or sign out. Persistent cookies and data in local storage remain on your device until they expire or are deleted. Strictly necessary cookies of the Service are kept at most for the duration of the sign-in, and User settings until they are changed or deleted. Google Analytics cookies are kept for at most 2 years unless you delete them or withdraw consent earlier; the record of your choice for 12 months.

6. How can you manage cookies?

You can change your consent to analytics cookies at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the Website footer. You can also delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. You will find instructions in the "Help" or "Settings" section of your browser. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from submitting forms on the Website or signing in to the Service.

7. Contact

8. Changes to this Cookie Policy
