Projects

A production order and a development sprint in one tool.

Spaces, projects, tasks and epics. Each project picks whether it runs as a task list, Scrum or a waterfall with phases. Hours are logged straight against tasks and turn into reports and timesheets.

Worth a closer look

Three ways of working, one tool

A waterfall with phases from a template for a production order, Scrum with a backlog and sprints for development, or just a task list. You edit the phase templates (classic, business, PRINCE2 and PMBOK) in settings.

Sprints with carry-over and burndown

Backlog, sprints with a goal and dates, Fibonacci story points converted to hours. Unfinished tasks carry over to the next sprint when you close one. Each sprint shows progress, epics and a burndown of logged time against the estimate.

Hours you can trust

Time is logged against a task in hours and minutes, with a note. Nobody can log more than 24 hours a day, and the previous month locks on the fifth. A task can't take time until the tasks it depends on are done.

AI in Projects

When AI is switched on.

All about AI in core3
  • AI writes a task name from its description(live)
  • Questions on tasks, sprints and hours worked in the assistant(live)
  • Customer or supplier purchase order from PDF(needs another module or service)Azure Document Intelligence

Permissions in this module

Grants on a project are inherited by its tasks, comments and attachments. Someone without access to a project won't see its tasks on screen, in a report or through the AI assistant.

How permissions work
