Employees and days of the month, each day split into morning and afternoon. Fill a month in one go and weekends, holidays and existing entries are skipped. Only a role with permission edits colleagues' entries.

Each month the system spreads home-office days so that on no day more than a chosen share of people work from home. A team can have its own share, a rotation, a weekly limit and no days in a row. When a rule is broken, the planner either warns or refuses the entry.

Slovak public holidays load on their own, arrival and departure round to 15 minutes, and the previous month locks on the fifth. A manager can unlock it for an employee until midnight. Vacation and doctor-visit balances count down from the hours used.

Everyone records their own attendance; only a role with permission edits colleagues' entries. Unlocking a closed month gives the employee a temporary role that expires at midnight.
