Employees with contracts, amendments and salary history, teams and funds. Each month HR approves the timesheets from attendance, and the payroll manager takes payroll through three steps to an export for accounting.

Until every timesheet is approved, you can't move on. In the second step overtime and flat rates become a bonus or go to the employee's fund. The third step exports payroll to Excel for accounting.

Expected hours come from working days, public holidays and the contract. A timesheet flags overtime, an unfulfilled contract, and contracts that start or end. Approving it stores a snapshot of attendance.

A change of salary, hours or position is recorded as an amendment that applies from the chosen day. The original contract isn't overwritten and salary history stays in a chart.
Upload the monthly payroll list from your accountant. Rows match employees by personal number and the total is checked against the total in the document. Payroll costs are then split across projects by the hours people actually worked.

HR manager and payroll manager are separate roles, so whoever manages contracts doesn't have to see payroll. Field rules can mask salary or IBAN for colleagues and for the AI assistant.
